Good error messages don't blame, they help me get back in the game.

Show it's loading, show it's done, tell me when the next step comes.
Don't make people click again, seven times and then again,
Silence makes us lose our trust, feedback is a UX must.

So watch them pause, watch where they stray,
Watch what they miss along the way.
Don't explain while they test the view,

Not “Do you like the button text?”
What people do will tell you more,
Than twenty people in a meeting ever could before.
